Please read below if you are thinking of trying out for a travelling team!
The OVA has posted the tryout window for the 2020-21 season, but at this time we are only sharing the OVA window and not the dates and times specific to VIKINGS tryouts. We are planning for the year ahead, but we are doing so with caution and safety in mind. Depending upon how things open up, and when and if we are actually permitted to play club volleyball again, we urge you to keep fit, and grab a ball and practice in order to best prepare for tryouts. We are currently creating a page on this site where you can click on links that are specific to off season training so that you can spend some time preparing your body and mind for the season ahead.
We will only post our specific dates and times this summer when we have more guidance and information from our sporting association and the government of Ontario. In the meantime, click here to read the OVA's tryout window policy so you are well informed when we are permitted to return to play.

Please note that if you are thinking of playing volleyball on a travelling team (club team), any interested players should tryout DESPITE your level of experience. We recognize that many athletes have not had the chance to play volleyball in a more advanced setting, so please KNOW that we take this into consideration when choosing our team and we pick players based on how we feel they may grow and develop their skills throughout a competitive season.
